Job Title: International Banking Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Job Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA

Shift: US Night Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Cab Facility: Provided

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions for an International Banking Voice Process.
- Maintain solid knowledge of banking processes, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and understand KPIs, including quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
- Provide process guidance and support to team members.
- Assist with complex queries, escalations, and process-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance guidelines, and service-level agreements.
- Support team performance improvement and process knowledge sharing.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an International Banking Voice Process is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of banking operations and KPIs.
- Experience as an acting SME or an on-paper SME is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary: Up to 7.5 LPA, based on previous CTC and experience.

Job Title: Team Lead International Banking Voice Process

Job Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

CTC: Up to 10 LPA

Shift: US Night Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week





Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Cab Facility: Provided

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team handling International Banking Voice Operations.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs, including quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Handle escalations and support the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Ensure adherence to banking procedures, compliance standards, and service-level agreements.
- Track daily operational performance and prepare performance reports.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Motivate team members to achieve operational targets and maintain service quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in an International Banking Voice Process is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of on-paper Team Lead experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, KPIs, and team management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners only.
