Role Description The Internal Stock Auditor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for ensuring accurate stock records across multiple showrooms and the central warehouse. Day-to-day tasks include conducting physical stock counts, reconciling inventory records with system data, and verifying inward and outward stock movements. The role involves investigating stock discrepancies,
documenting findings, and coordinating with store managers and warehouse teams to implement corrective actions.
The Internal Stock
Auditor will prepare regular audit reports, maintain audit documentation, and support the development of standardized stock control procedures. This role also includes monitoring compliance with internal policies and supporting continuous improvement in inventory management and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- Age requirement: 19–30 years.
- Plus Two (Higher Secondary) qualification required.
- Basic calculation and numerical accuracy skills.
- Basic computer or laptop operating skills.
- Ability to check stock quantities and identify differences in stock records.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn inventory auditing procedures.
- Positive communication skills and ability to work with store and warehouse teams.
- Ability to maintain basic records and follow instructions.
- Willingness to travel to different showrooms within the region as required.
