Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Internal HR Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in internal hiring, preferably within the U.S. IT Staffing industry.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn sourcing, Naukri, candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer management, and end-to-end internal recruitment.

The role primarily focuses on hiring internal employees for U.S. Staffing operations rather than recruiting IT consultants for client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
- Recruit for internal positions such as U.S. IT Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, HR Operations Executives, Immigration Specialists, Account Managers, and Business Development Executives.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Post job openings on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes based on experience, communication, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Evaluate candidates' knowledge of U.S. staffing processes and responsibilities.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and face-to-face interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for interview feedback.
- Handle salary discussions, negotiation, and offer coordination.




- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and ATS records.
- Coordinate joining formalities with the HR Operations team.
- Develop referral networks and maintain talent pools for future requirements.
- Minimize interview no-shows and offer dropouts through timely follow-ups.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Work closely with management to close positions within hiring timelines.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in internal recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring internal employees for U.S. Staffing companies is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of U.S. IT Staffing roles and business operations.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and Boolean searches.
- Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Good salary negotiation and offer-management skills.
- Strong candidate follow-up and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Experience with ATS/recruitment management systems is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple open requirements independently.
- Willingness to work in office in Hyderabad during U.S. night shifts.

Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field. MBA HR preferred.
