- Graduate Engineer TraineeQualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.

Ideal Candidate:

- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer demonstrations, training, and field assignments as required.

- Senior Engineer – Customer Demo & Technical SupportExperience: 3–4 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Work Mode: Onsite, Gurugram

Travel: Extensive travel across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live product demonstrations and technical presentations for chemical and explosive detection systems.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to business development teams.
- Handle equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Conduct product training, field trials, evaluations, and customer acceptance testing.
- Prepare technical reports, product documentation, and tender compliance notes.
- Coordinate with international OEM partners for technical support and issue resolution.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in field engineering, technical support, or technical sales.
- Hands-on knowledge of ETD, IMS-based detectors,



or handheld detection systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Experience in CBRN, aviation security, defence, or critical infrastructure will be an advantage.

- Manager – Presales & ApplicationsExperience: 8–10 years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Work Mode: Onsite, Gurugram

Travel: Extensive travel across India, depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead customer engagements, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Provide pre-sales technical leadership and application expertise to business development teams.
- Take overall responsibility for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of detection equipment.
- Plan and oversee customer training, field trials, technical evaluations, and acceptance testing.
- Lead the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and tender compliance submissions.
- Coordinate with international OEM partners on technical updates, product enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Support key customer relationships and ensure effective technical execution of projects.

What We’re Looking For

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in technical support, field engineering, pre-sales, or technical sales.
- Robust working knowledge of chemical and explosive detection technologies, including ETD, IMS-based detectors, or handheld detection systems.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting, presentation, customer management, and coordination skills.
- Exposure to CBRN, aviation security, defence, or critical infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
- Ability to lead technical engagements and travel extensively across India.
