Interior Site Supervisor – Commercial & Residential Interiors

We are hiring freshers for the position of Interior Site Supervisor to work on commercial and residential turnkey interior projects, including interior fit-out works. Candidates should have a Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a B.E. in Civil Engineering and an interest in site execution and project supervision.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities according to approved drawings and project schedules.
- Monitor civil works, including RCC, blockwork, plastering, flooring, and painting.
- Oversee interior works, including flooring, carpentry, and joinery.
- Coordinate with MEP teams, subcontractors, vendors, and labourers.
- Ensure quality standards, site safety, and timely completion of work.
- Manage labour, materials, and daily site progress reports.
- Assist with billing, measurements, and site documentation.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to clarify drawings and resolve site issues.

Requirements





- Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of building construction and interior works is preferred.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites across Chennai.
- Ability to learn, work with a team, and manage site activities responsibly.

Salary:

- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- As per industry standards, based on skills, interview performance, and suitability.
