Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and labour teams.

- Monitor work schedules and ensure timely completion.

- Check quality of workmanship, materials and finishes.

- Verify site measurements, quantities and contractor bills.

- Monitor material requirements, deliveries and wastage.

- Coordinate with architects and designers for site clarifications.

- Submit daily progress reports with photographs.

- Identify site issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain site safety, cleanliness and quality standards.

Requirements

- Ability to read and understand interior and technical drawings.

- Valuable knowledge of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and finishing works.

- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of Excel and site reporting.

- Ability to independently manage multiple sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
