Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for an Interiors Site Engineer based in Bengaluru.

The Interiors Site

Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, including coordinating with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of interior works.

Responsibilities include supervising installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, and other interior elements, verifying drawings and measurements, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards. The role involves regular quality checks, resolving site issues,



managing work schedules, monitoring material usage, and maintaining clear documentation and progress reports.

The Interiors Site

Engineer will also communicate with clients and internal teams to provide updates, clarify technical details, and support seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-site execution and supervision skills, with experience managing interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal design and project teams.
- Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure work meets design specifications, safety norms, and company standards.
- Candidates should possess foundational structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge to interpret drawings, assess feasibility, and support technical decisions.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple sites and deadlines.
- Prior experience in residential interiors or turnkey projects in Bengaluru is preferred.
