Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- Btech Civil diploma/ Degree
Experience Required
- 2-3 years experience in construction safety
Core Technical Skills Candidates should have hands-on experience in the following areas:
- Residential Building exp
- Fitout exp for renewal of apartments of customer
Core KRA
- Oversee snagging and de-snagging of flats and common areas
- Maintain all building drawing records
- Ensure adherence to fitout manual guidelines
- Issue necessary permits (night, hot, and height work)
- Coordinate security arrangements for fitout activities
- Monitor work progress as per client-approved plan
- Enforce site safety requirements
- Advise contractors on minor execution issues
- Ensure work meets client design specifications
- Conduct daily site visits to check civil work layout
- Collaborate with management to maintain building condition
- Meet clients initiating fitout work to address queries on procedures, material handling, and approved drawings
- Maintain a fitout tracker
- Provide clients with energy conservation plans
- Maintain as-built drawings and transition document library
- Coordinate with RO/HO/SME/Training teams to ensure report closures
- Uphold the "No Safety, No Work" policy
