Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru North.

The Interior

Designer will plan and design residential and/or commercial interiors that align with client requirements, budget, and brand standards.

Responsibilities include meeting clients to understand needs, creating design concepts, preparing layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations, and selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and décor. The role involves coordinating with vendors, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely execution, conducting site visits to monitor progress and quality, and making design adjustments as needed.

The Interior

Designer will also prepare project documentation,



maintain design standards, and collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

- Solid interior design skills, including space planning, concept development, and creating layouts and mood boards.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar software).
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color theory, with an eye for aesthetics and functionality.
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end, including vendor coordination, site supervision, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Effective client-facing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate requirements into designs.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and capability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects; experience in real estate or PropTech environments is an advantage.

- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru North and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of basic cost estimation and familiarity with industry standards, safety norms, and local regulations.
