Job Title : Instrumentation engineer

Minimum 5 yrs experience

Location : Palladam, Tiruppur

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain instrumentation systems used in coconut shell charcoal production.

Handle temperature measurement and control systems in carbonization furnaces, kilns, and dryers.

Calibrate and maintain thermocouples, RTDs, temperature controllers, pressure transmitters, and other field instruments.

Troubleshoot PLC panels, control panels, sensors, and automation systems.

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation equipment.

Monitor process parameters to maintain consistent production quality.

Carry out loop checking, testing, commissioning, and instrument installation.

Read and interpret P&IDs;, wiring diagrams, and instrumentation drawings.

Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to reduce equipment downtime.

Maintain calibration records, maintenance logs, and daily reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
