Role & responsibilities

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Graduate/Post Graduate in any specialization, preferably Journalism / Mass Communication / English Literature /Advertising / Public Relations
- Desired work experience: 6+years of proven experience in content development and instructional designing
- Extensive experience in developing, reviewing and delivering different training modalities like Instructor-Led Trainings, Web-Based Trainings, application simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides
- Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently
