We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Insurance Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates should have prior sales experience, basic English communication skills, and the ability to convince customers and explain insurance products effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers and explain insurance products and plans.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Handle customer queries and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Follow up with interested customers to ensure successful policy closures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Prior sales experience is mandatory.
Freshers are not eligible.
- Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Valuable convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented approach and willingness to work in a sales environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary and Incentives Salary: Up to ₹16,000 CTC per month, plus attractive performance-based incentives.
