Inside Sales Specialist – B2C (Ahmedabad, In office)

EleFant is India’s first app-based toy library. Families subscribe to get curated, age-appropriate toys and books delivered regularly, so kids keep learning and playing without parents buying and storing piles of toys.

The Role

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad. You’ll convert warm, high-intent leads into paying subscribers, represent EleFant at on-ground events, and grow revenue from existing customers through renewals and upsells. If you’re driven by targets and incentives, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Warm lead conversion: Call inbound and app-generated leads who have already shown interest, pitch subscription plans, handle objections, and close.
- Events: Represent EleFant at events such as school activations, mall kiosks, exhibitions and society events. Generate leads on the ground and convert them on the spot or through follow-up.
- Renewals: Own renewals for your customer base and keep churn low.
- Upsell and cross-sell: Move subscribers to higher or longer-duration plans and add-ons.
- Referrals: Turn happy customers into a source of new leads.
- CRM discipline: Log every call,



disposition and follow-up in the CRM on the same day.
- Coordination: Work with operations to make sure every new subscriber has a smooth onboarding and first delivery.
- Targets: Meet monthly targets for revenue, conversion and renewals.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years in B2C sales, telesales, or subscription sales.
- EdTech sales experience is a strong plus.
- A target-driven mindset and real motivation from incentives.
- Clear communication in Hindi and English. Gujarati is a plus.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and mobile apps.
- Graduate, or equivalent sales experience.

Work Schedule

- 6 days a week.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days. Weekends are when parents are free and when events happen.
- Your weekly off falls on a weekday, on a rotation.

Location

- On-site in Ahmedabad.
