The Impact You'll Make
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be the voice and energy behind our sales operations. You’ll connect with customers, understand their needs, and help them choose the right cement solutions for their projects. Your role will directly contribute to expanding our customer base, strengthening relationships, and driving business growth—all from the heart of our sales office.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential and existing customers.
- Provide detailed product information, pricing, and availability for cement products.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate records of interactions and sales.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and trade events.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
