Role Overview

We are looking for an L1 Infrastructure Support Engineer to monitor alerts, manage incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and support cloud, server, Active Directory, and network operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor alerts using Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, Azure Monitor, or similar tools.
- Create, categorize, and update incident tickets in ServiceNow.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and execute documented recovery procedures.
- Support Windows Server, Active Directory, password resets, and basic GPO issues.
- Perform routine health checks, batch monitoring, and log collection.
- Escalate unresolved incidents to L1.5 with detailed troubleshooting notes.
- Maintain accurate shift handovers and support P1 incident bridges.

Required Skills




- 24 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Support or NOC Operations.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow incident management.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
- Experience with at least one monitoring tool: Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, or Nagios.
- Good English communication and willingness to work rotational night/weekend shifts.

Valuable to Have
- Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification.
- Microsoft 365 / Entra ID knowledge.
- Basic PowerShell scripting.
- Experience supporting US-based clients.
