Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Technical Recruiter to join and support Brainotech’s global hiring needs. This role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding technical talent including freelancers, contractors, self-employed professionals,

and salaried staff for field engineering, cabling, and infrastructure support roles across multiple regions. A strong understanding of employment classifications, compliance, and documentation is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the service delivery team and technical leads to understand job roles, skill requirements, and hiring priorities
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and role alignment
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, IT forums, and professional networks
- Build and manage candidate pipelines for Helpdesk, Network Engineers, System

Administrators, Infrastructure Engineers, and Data Center Engineers
- Screen candidates for relevant technical skills across multiple domains
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing and Switching, Firewalls, CCNA or CCNP level knowledge
- Systems: Windows, Linux, Active Directory
- Infrastructure and Data Center: Rack and Stack, cabling, servers, storage




- Conduct structured interviews for L1 to L3 Support roles and Network or Infrastructure positions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Hire and onboard freelancers, contractors, self-employed professionals, and salaried employees in compliance with local and international regulations
- Understand and verify employment classifications, gross versus net payment structures, tax obligations, and insurance requirements for each type of engagement
- Check and validate candidate documentation including work permits, legal working rights, and technical certifications
- Maintain accurate and organised candidate records, interview feedback, and hiring status reports
- Deliver fast turnarounds on urgent hiring requests across multiple geographies
- Support global hiring efforts across EU, UK, UAE, and Asia ensuring compliance with regional employment standards

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of technical recruitment experience preferably in IT services or engineering
- Strong understanding of IT roles including network engineers, EUC technicians, and cabling specialists
- Familiarity with global hiring practices and contractor or freelancer engagement models
- Knowledge of employment classifications, tax structures, and insurance requirements for freelancers, contractors, and salaried staff
- Proficient in using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and job boards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
