- Execute daily production plans as per customer requirements and production schedules.

- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned cycle time.

- Allocate machines, moulds, manpower and resources according to the production plan.

- Monitor machine-wise production throughout the shift.

- Ensure timely completion of production orders.

- Monitor actual production against planned production.

- Escalate production constraints and delays to the Production Manager.

- Ensure proper shift handover with complete production status.
