Role Overview We are looking for an IT Administrator to manage and maintain our internal IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with system troubleshooting, network security, and IT compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure (systems, networks, devices)
- Handle onboarding and offboarding (laptops, accounts,
access control)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Manage user access, permissions, and security policies
- Ensure regular system updates, backups, and patch management
- Support internal teams with day-to-day IT issues Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and logs
- Assist in implementing and maintaining IT compliance and security standards
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of firewall management and network security.
- Understanding of IT compliance and security best practices.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
