Location:- Coimbatore/Chennai

:

- Install, configure, and maintain Informatica CDI PC environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Manage Informatica Domains, Repositories, Nodes, Integration Services, and related platform components.
- Create and administer users, groups, roles, security permissions, and LDAP/SSO integrations.
- Monitor ETL workflows, sessions, task flows, and batch jobs to ensure successful execution and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Informatica platform, workflow, connectivity, and performance issues.
- Perform repository and domain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery support activities.
- Manage code migrations and deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Configure and maintain database connections, Secure Agents, ODBC/TNS entries, and integration resources.
- Apply Informatica patches, hotfixes, upgrades, and platform maintenance activities while ensuring system stability.




- Provide L2/L3 production support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), SLA compliance, and coordination with Informatica Support.
- Provide architecture review, modernization guidance, and platform optimization recommendations.
- Support minor development and enhancement activities related to Informatica CDI-PC.
- Plan and execute Informatica CDI-PC and IDQ upgrades, including impact analysis, testing, validation, and production deployment.
- Provide technical expertise on Informatica products and best practices.
- Support cloud migration initiatives involving IDQ and Informatica IDMC platforms, including assessment, deployment, troubleshooting, and cutover activities.
- Coordinate with Informatica Support, infrastructure teams, DBAs, and application teams for issue resolution and workplace management.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, administrative runbooks, and platform governance standards.
