Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns for Biggbell.com’s brand partners and creator communities. This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida, involving daily collaboration with the marketing and community teams.

Key responsibilities include identifying and researching suitable influencers, assisting with outreach and onboarding, and maintaining accurate records of creator partnerships and campaign details. The intern will help coordinate briefs, track deliverables,



monitor campaign performance across social platforms, and prepare basic reports and insights. Additional tasks may include supporting events and meetups, contributing ideas for creator engagement, and staying up to date with trends in influencer marketing and internet culture.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and the creator economy, with active familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Basic skills in content research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify relevant creators and campaign opportunities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for influencer outreach, coordination, and internal collaboration.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns, track deliverables, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Comfort with using spreadsheets, online collaboration tools, and social media analytics for campaign tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous internship or project experience in digital marketing, community building, or social media management is an advantage.
