Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns for various events and brand promotions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and researching relevant influencers, assisting with outreach and communication, coordinating content timelines, and tracking campaign performance.

The intern will help manage social media content related to influencer collaborations, maintain campaign documentation, and support the events and marketing team with on-site activities when needed. This is an internship role based on-site in Mumbai,



offering hands-on experience within a dynamic events and marketing environment.

Qualifications

- Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital campaigns, with familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for influencer outreach, negotiation support, and relationship management.
- Basic analytical skills to monitor campaign metrics, prepare simple reports, and support performance evaluations.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns, follow up with influencers, and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset to contribute to campaign ideas, content concepts, and audience engagement strategies.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email) and willingness to learn current marketing tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate within a team, and support occasional event-related activities.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
