Now we need a specialist to turn that attention into creators, content and customers who stay. You will own our influencer channel.

The role You will own influencer marketing end to end, from the first DM to the final sales report. You will also bring your own content ideas and create content for our channels.

Roles and responsibilities

- Source and reach out: Build a database of nano, micro and mid-tier creators who match our target audience, vet audience quality, and follow up until the deal is closed.
- Negotiate and close: Agree fees,



barter or commission terms, deliverables, timelines and usage rights, and confirm every deal in writing with a tracking code or link.
- Script and create content: Write briefs, hooks and scripts that explain our products clearly and responsibly, and create our own short-form content.
- Execute and follow up: Plan a monthly creator calendar around launches and sales, ship products, review drafts, chase deadlines, and check every post against the brief and disclosure rules.
- Pay and track: Coordinate creator payments and keep a record of every agreement, deliverable and result.
- Report and optimise: Send a weekly tracker and a monthly report on spend, views, clicks, sales and ROAS, recommend which creators to repeat, scale or drop, and share top-performing content with the internal team.

What we’re looking for?

Must have

- 1-3 years of hands-on influencer marketing, from outreach to closure and reporting
- Proven scriptwriting and content creation skills
- Solid negotiation, communication and follow-up skills
- Comfort with numbers: tracking, ROAS and cost per sale

Preferred industry background

- D2C beauty, skincare, bath and body, or personal care
- Health and wellness or nutraceuticals
- Lifestyle or FMCG D2C brands
