Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced industrial safety professional to help establish and expand

HestaBit Technologies' safety technology presence across eastern India's steel and metals ecosystem

This is an opportunity to move beyond managing safety within individual organisations and become an active contributor to how industrial safety evolves across the sector.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Build meaningful relationships with plant leadership, EHS heads, operations teams and

other industry decision-makers.
- Engage industrial organisations to understand their existing safety practices, operational

challenges and improvement priorities.




- Identify opportunities where technology can measurably improve industrial safety.
- Bring ground-level operational knowledge, practical insights and industry requirements

into HestaBit's research and product development initiatives.
- Collaborate with HestaBit's engineering, AI and IIoT teams to conceptualise and refine

next-generation industrial safety technologies.
- Enable HestaBit's Business Development teams to engage prospective clients

more effectively, providing industry intelligence, operational insights, stakeholder understanding and practical experience that help initiate meaningful conversations with the right decision-makers.

- Actively support business pursuits from opportunity identification through

closure, contributing domain expertise to client discussions, solution positioning, technical evaluations, demonstrations and proposals, while working alongside the

Business Development and commercial teams.

- Support the successful implementation of solutions sold, bridging client

expectations and on-ground operational realities, facilitating coordination with plant stakeholders and helping ensure that deployed technologies address the safety challenges they were designed to solve.
- Facilitate real-world validation, pilot programmes and adoption of creative safety

systems across industrial facilities.




- Help shape the future direction of HestaBit's industrial safety portfolio through

continuous engagement with industry stakeholders.
- Establish HestaBit Technologies as a credible technology and transformation partner

within the regional steel and metals ecosystem. Your responsibility is to connect industry challenges with technological possibilities from identifying real problems and shaping innovations to supporting business growth and ensuring successful adoption on the ground.

You will work closely with HestaBit's Business Development, engineering, technology and delivery teams throughout this journey. Commercial negotiations and technical execution will remain supported by the respective specialist teams, while your industry knowledge and relationships will be instrumental in helping them succeed

Preferred candidate profile

We would particularly value professionals who have:

- 1318 years of experience in industrial safety, EHS, process safety or operational risk

management.
- Experience working within large integrated steel plants, stainless steel plants or major

metals manufacturing facilities.
- Strong relationships and professional credibility within the steel and metals ecosystem.
- An understanding of how industrial safety initiatives are evaluated, approved, funded

and implemented.
- The ability to engage confidently with senior EHS, operations and plant leadership.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, connected-worker technology, automation and digital

transformation.
- The ambition to create an impact beyond their current organisation
