– Import Executive

About the Role -

We are looking for a detail-oriented Import Executive to manage import operations, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, shipment tracking, customs clearance, documentation, inventory planning, and landed cost analysis.

Key Roles & Responsibilities-

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on inventory and business requirements.

Prepare and monitor inventory forecasts to ensure timely product availability.

Coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmation, production, dispatch, and delivery timelines.

Track shipments and monitor production, transit, ETA, and final delivery timelines.

Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHAs for shipment movement, customs clearance, documentation, and delivery.

Manage import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill,



and other required documents.

Coordinate the end-to-end import process, including customs clearance and timely delivery.

Coordinate with CHAs for BOE filing, assessment, customs clearance, and BOE knock-off/closure.

Conduct landed cost analysis, including product cost, freight, duties, clearance charges, and other applicable costs.

Maintain accurate PO, shipment, import, and BOE trackers and ensure proper documentation and records.

Coordinate with Accounts, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Suppliers, Forwarders, and CHAs for timely completion of import activities.

Identify and resolve production, shipment, documentation, or clearance delays through timely follow-up. * Support improvements in import processes, documentation, shipment tracking, and supply-chain efficiency.
