Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage import/export documentation, accounting, and coordination while ensuring compliance with customs, forex, GST, and TDS regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end import/export documentation, including BL, invoices, and certificates.
- Manage customs clearance and coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and agents.
- Oversee foreign currency transactions, including accounting for exchange gains/losses.
- Maintain records of forex transactions, logistics costs, and clearance expenses.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams, banks, customs authorities, and vendors.





Experience & Background

- B. Com, M. Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in Import & Export & Finance.
- Prior experience in a trading, manufacturing, or services company is an advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations.
- Experience in forex accounting and statutory compliance (GST & TDS).
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Tally/ Tally Prime and MS Excel

Language Requirements

- Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Tamil or Telugu (strong advantage)

- Good communication and follow-up skills for collections management.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
