Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immediate Joiner Inside Sales role based in Bengaluru, offering a salary range of 35,000–45,000.
The Inside
Sales qualified will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and present products and services to potential customers. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, preparing quotations, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and following up to close sales. The role also involves coordinating with operations and marketing teams, providing timely updates on sales performance,
and delivering excellent customer service to support repeat business and referrals. The successful candidate is expected to join immediately and work from the office as part of a collaborative sales team.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Carpentry, including basic construction and structural work.
- Ability to safely and effectively use Power Tools and Hand Tools in a professional setting.
- Experience with Framing and Finish Carpentry for detailed, customer-ready work.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills for inside sales, with the ability to build rapport over phone and digital channels.
- Comfort with using CRM or sales management software, and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Customer-focused mindset, problem-solving ability, and resilience in a target-driven environment.
- Prior sales experience in services or product-based businesses is an advantage; experience in travel or related industries is a plus.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
