We are hiring Retail Associates for an upcoming company-owned retail store in Bhiwandi, Mumbai. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about sports, fitness, and retail.

Open positions are available in Front-of-House (Sales & Customer Service) and Back-of-House (Stockroom & Inventory).

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Maintain product displays and support visual merchandising.
- Manage stockroom activities, including inventory, stock replenishment, shipping, and receiving.
- Handle cash register transactions when required.
- Maintain store cleanliness and support daily retail operations.
- Participate in store events and promotional activities.




- Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Secondary school completion.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Strong customer service and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts.
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
