Role & responsibilities

- Provide nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

- Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation, and respiratory rate.

- Operate and monitor ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and other ICU equipment.

- Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed by doctors.

- Assist doctors during emergency procedures and resuscitation.

- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medication charts.

- Follow infection control protocols and patient safety guidelines.

- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly to the treating doctor.

- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

- Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.

Preferred candidate profile

- B. Sc Nursing / DGNM with Nursing Council Registration

- Valuable communication skills
