Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for overseeing HR operations and supporting staff at Karma Foundation. This role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation to ensure talent needs are met and current team members are integrated effectively.

The Human Resources

Manager will handle performance management processes, employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives that reinforce a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Day-to-day responsibilities also cover maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation.



The role involves partnering with leadership to plan workforce needs, organize training and development programs, and support organizational change aligned with the foundation’s mission and values.
