We are looking for an HR professional who can independently manage day-to-day HR operations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs & KPIs):

The candidate must be technically strong in SPINE HRMS, confident in payroll processing, and well-versed in statutory and factory compliance.

- SPINE HRMS Management: Handle employee master, attendance, shift configuration, weekly offs, leave, payroll, ESSL integration, SQL processing and troubleshooting. Ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Payroll & Attendance: Manage end-to-end payroll, overtime, leave deductions, salary revisions, full-and-final settlements and attendance reconciliation with 99.5% accuracy.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages, applicable labour laws and statutory filing deadlines.
- Factory & Contractor Compliance: Maintain statutory registers, contractor licences, labour documentation, compliance records and coordinate statutory inspections and audits.




- Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment, salary negotiations, joining formalities and employee documentation within defined timelines.
- Employee Relations: Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, absenteeism, employee engagement and HR policy implementation.
- Performance Management: Develop and monitor department-wise KRAs/KPIs, employee appraisals, probation reviews and confirmations.
- HR MIS & Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly reports on attendance, payroll, overtime, manpower, attrition and statutory compliance.
- HR Policies & SOPs: Develop and implement HR policies, standardise HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Management Coordination: Coordinate with HODs, Accounts, factory management and external consultants to ensure smooth HR operations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
