About the Internship

We are urgently hiring enthusiastic, organised and proactive Human Resources (HR) Interns to support our recruitment, talent acquisition and HR operations.

This opportunity is specifically for college students and fresh graduates who want to start their careers in HR.

You will gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate communication, interview coordination and HR operations while working with a fast-growing startup.

No prior HR experience required. Freshers are welcome. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Sourcing: Identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and professional networks.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, communication skills and availability.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Follow-ups: Communicate job details, interview updates and selection status to applicants.
- Job Posting: Publish and manage internship and full-time job openings across recruitment platforms.
- Recruitment Tracking: Maintain candidate databases,



recruitment trackers and hiring reports using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with offer letters, documentation and onboarding formalities.
- HR Operations: Support attendance tracking, employee records and other HR activities.
- Recruitment Targets: Work towards assigned recruitment activities and hiring timelines.

Who Should Apply?

- College students currently pursuing undergraduate degrees or recent graduates.
- Freshers with no prior full-time professional work experience.
- Students pursuing or graduates of BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA, or related disciplines are preferred.
- Candidates interested in building a career in Human Resources, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone calls.
- Good organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and professional email communication.
- Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Available to join immediately, within 5 days.

- Prior internship experience is acceptable,
