About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate management, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the flexibility to travel to other cities as per company requirements.

Performance-Based Full-Time Opportunity: Candidates who demonstrate valuable performance, dedication, and the ability to meet company expectations during the 3-month internship may also be considered for a full-time employment opportunity, depending on the company's requirements and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and selection status.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
- Support the HR team in achieving recruitment targets and meeting hiring deadlines.
- Assist with joining formalities and follow-ups with selected candidates.
- Coordinate with different departments and locations to fulfill hiring requirements.




- Support recruitment drives and hiring activities at different locations whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates pursuing or having completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and job portals is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Important Requirement: Intercity Travel Flexibility

Candidates must be comfortable travelling to other cities during the 3-month internship as and when required by the company.

The role may involve travelling for recruitment drives, coordinating hiring activities, and supporting HR operations at different locations. Applicants should be flexible with intercity travel based on business requirements.
