Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit processes. This role includes implementing and maintaining HR policies, handling employee relations matters, addressing queries and grievances, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational guidelines.

Executive will coordinate HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, support training and development initiatives, and collaborate with management to enhance workplace culture and engagement.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, requiring close collaboration with leadership and team members across the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), including workforce planning and support for the full employee lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, such as managing HR processes, documentation, and HRIS or related systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including handling employee queries, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies aligned with legal and organizational requirements.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams and leadership.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in financial services or investment advisory organizations is beneficial.
