Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiation.

- Coordinate offer generation, onboarding, and joining formalities for new employees.

- Handle employee engagement, HR documentation, attendance, leave management, and other HR operations.

- Support performance management, employee queries, and HR policy implementation.

- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.

- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring and an excellent candidate experience.

What We're Looking For:

- 2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.

- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
