Gigani Aromas is a fragrance manufacturing company based in Vasai East, Maharashtra. We specialize in manufacturing fragrance compounds and managing production, quality control, inventory, and dispatch operations. We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage our factory-level HR activities and help build a disciplined, efficient, and positive working environment.

Job Summary The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee attendance, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and implementation of company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Attendance & Leave Management

Monitor daily attendance, late arrivals, absenteeism, and leave records.

Ensure employees follow attendance and leave policies.

Handle sudden leave and half-day requests according to company rules.

Follow up on unauthorized absence and employee absconding cases.

- Recruitment & Employee Management

Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records and joining documentation.

Coordinate employee exits and full and final settlements.

Monitor employee turnover and improve staff retention.

- Payroll & Salary Coordination

Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the accounts team.

Maintain attendance, overtime, leave, and salary-related records.

Handle employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and increments.

Ensure salary revisions are properly documented and approved.

- HR Policies & Factory Discipline

Implement and communicate HR policies and factory rules.

Ensure discipline, punctuality,



and proper workplace behaviour.

Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.

Ensure leave approvals and salary increments follow company procedures.

- Performance Management

Maintain employee performance records and feedback.

Coordinate performance reviews and annual increment recommendations.

Identify training needs and support employee development.

Work with factory management to improve productivity and accountability.

- Compliance & Documentation

Maintain employee files, attendance registers, and HR records.

Coordinate applicable labour law and statutory compliance.

Support inspections, audits, and required documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification preferred.

2–5 years of experience in HR operations.

Factory or manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and labour compliance.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
