About Darwix AIDarwix AI is a growing enterprise AI company building physical-first Agentic AI solutions for complex business workflows, particularly in BFSI.

With 50+ enterprise relationships across six geographies, we are building a team capable of solving meaningful AI and business challenges at scale.

We are looking for a highly energetic, resourceful, technology-oriented HR professional who wants to help build that team.

The OpportunityThis is not a conventional HR coordination position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys finding exceptional people, engaging with prospective candidates, understanding their capabilities, convincing them to explore opportunities, and driving hiring processes to closure.

You will be responsible for building recruitment pipelines for technical, product, AI, sales, business and operations positions while simultaneously supporting end-to-end HR operations.

You should be comfortable using LinkedIn, professional databases, hiring platforms, AI tools, campus networks and unconventional sourcing techniques.

You will work closely with the founders and hiring managers, gaining exposure to how a rapidly growing enterprise AI business hires and operates.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

- Translate requirements into clear JDs, ideal candidate profiles and screening criteria.
- Independently source, shortlist, engage and evaluate suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening and qualification calls.
- Evaluate experience, communication, motivation, compensation expectations, availability and role alignment.
- Coordinate technical, functional and leadership interviews.
- Maintain candidate engagement throughout the selection process.
- Own follow-ups, offer discussions, negotiation and joining coordination.

You are not expected to be a software engineer. However, you should be willing to learn enough about technical terminology and candidate backgrounds to distinguish credible profiles from keyword-heavy resumes. Develop familiarity with Python, APIs, LLMs, RAG, model evaluation, AI workflows and software development fundamentals.
