Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of recruitment strategies, and the ability to identify and hire suitable candidates for various job openings.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary packages and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join the organization.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Familiarity with job portals and MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the company's requirements.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage.
