We're hiring an Associate, HR

Redwood designs experiential learning journeys for students — programs that take learning out of the classroom and into the real world. Over the last 4 years we've grown into one of India's leading experiential learning companies, with 750+ journeys, 50+ partner schools, and 30,000+ students having travelled with us.

Behind every journey is a team of facilitators, designers, and operators who make it happen. HR is how we find, grow, and look after that team as we scale. As an HR Associate, you'll support the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to engagement, performance, and compliance.

What you'll own

Recruitment & Onboarding: Support hiring, from job postings and screening to interview coordination, reference checks, and keeping the applicant tracking system updated. Ensure every new joiner has a smooth, welcoming start at Redwood.

Community Hiring, Engagement & Training :



Build and nurture Redwood's wider community of facilitators and on-ground partners. Support their sourcing and onboarding, keep them engaged between programs, and coordinate the training that prepares them to deliver Redwood's standard of experience.

Employee Engagement & Culture : Help keep Redwood's small-team spirit strong as we grow. Run engagement initiatives, internal communications, and feedback cycles that keep field and office teams connected.

Performance & Progression : Support performance reviews, KPI tracking, appraisals, and employee growth initiatives.

Compliance, Payroll & Policy : Coordinate payroll and perks, support compliance with Indian labour laws, and maintain HR policies and documentation.

Office Administration & Assets : Keep the office running smoothly by managing vendors, employee hardware, and asset records.
