Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Business Partner – Program Services to support HR operations and employee management across multiple academic programs. The role involves working closely with program heads and employees to manage HR processes, support recruitment and onboarding, improve employee engagement, coordinate performance reviews, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned programs and support employees and managers with HR-related queries.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to support hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Conduct regular employee interactions to understand concerns, collect feedback, and improve employee engagement.
- Support managers in goal setting, performance reviews, feedback discussions, and performance improvement plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development activities with the L&D; team.
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates to employees and ensure compliance with organizational practices.
- Support employee relations activities and help resolve workplace concerns in coordination with relevant teams.




- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data for assigned programs.
- Prepare regular HR reports on workforce requirements, employee engagement, performance, and other HR activities.
- Work closely with program leadership to address workforce challenges and support effective people management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, HR business partnering, or people operations.
- Positive understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Experience supporting multiple teams, departments, or academic programs.
- Familiarity with HR reporting, workforce planning, and employee data analysis.

Work Mode: In-person Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
