Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for UK banking customers.
- Assist customers with banking-related queries, account services, and transactions.
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Follow banking procedures, compliance guidelines, and data privacy standards.




- Verify customer information in accordance with process requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update details in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when required.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer service targets.
- Maintain professionalism while communicating with UK customers.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduates / Undergraduates can apply.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in UK shifts.
- Flexible to work according to process requirements.
- Prior international BPO or banking experience will be an added advantage.
- Customer-focused attitude with positive attention to detail.
