Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, identify suitable candidates, and ensure timely closure of vacancies across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Handle job postings on Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, databases, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, salary negotiations, and joining dates.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, interview trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per the approved hiring plan.
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and pre-joining follow-ups in coordination with the HR team.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Track recruitment KPIs,



including time-to-hire, offer acceptance ratio, and joining ratio.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Ability to screen CVs and evaluate candidates effectively.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment MIS.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on quality hiring.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Performance Expectations (KPIs)
- Timely closure of assigned vacancies.
- Quality and suitability of candidates hired.
- Interview-to-selection and offer-to-joining ratios.
- Accuracy and timely submission of recruitment MIS.
- Effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
- Reduction in recruitment turnaround time.
