Roles and Responsibilities

- Source top talent for various roles within the organization through effective sourcing strategies.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for selection decisions.

- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment Management).

- Strong understanding of building construction industry trends in Oil & Gas sector.

- Experience in hiring for data center or high rise building projects preferred.

- Excellent leadership hiring skills with ability to build robust relationships with stakeholders.
