Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for job openings.

Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule interviews.

Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Handle onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintain candidate databases and HR documentation.

Required Skills:

✅ Recruitment and candidate-handling skills

✅ Solid coordination and interpersonal skills

✅ Basic knowledge of HR processes
