Position: Junior Executive – Recruitment & Data Management

Reporting To: HR Manager

Role Purpose To support the HR team in recruitment activities and HR data management, ensuring timely hiring coordination, accurate employee records, and efficient maintenance of recruitment trackers and reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offers, and joining dates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring status reports.
- Support onboarding activities and documentation for new joiners.

2. HR Data Management & MIS

- Maintain and update employee databases, recruitment trackers, and manpower records.
- Ensure accuracy of employee information, joining details, and HR documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and HR MIS reports.




- Update manpower requirement and hiring status sheets.
- Organize and maintain digital records and employee documentation.
- Assist in data verification, reporting, and other HR administrative activities.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or data management.
- Freshers with good Excel skills and a willingness to learn may apply.

Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong data entry, data accuracy, and record-management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Solid follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Ideal Candidate A detail-oriented and organized individual who is interested in building a career in recruitment and HR operations, with a strong focus on data accuracy, coordination, and timely execution. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
