We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. In this role, you will source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with the right job openings across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri), social media, and professional networks to source active and passive candidates.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial telephonic/virtual screenings, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers, coordinate feedback, and maintain smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an updated database/ATS of candidates and build a strong talent pipeline for recurring and upcoming requirements.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms when necessary, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.





Candidate Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in HR or equivalent is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Experience:
- Freshers: Eager to learn, strong communication skills, and a high energy level.
- Experienced: 0 to 3 years of experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment, consultancy, or BPO hiring.
- Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve hiring targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Email).
