Job Title: HR Recruiter : We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source suitable candidates, and support the company's hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, databases, and referrals. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate interview schedules.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and selection. Assist with salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities.

Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports. Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Job Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
