About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This is a outstanding opportunity for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.





Requirements
- Any graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to join immediately is preferred.
