Role Overview

Fiestro is looking for a proactive and hands-on HR skilled to manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, policy drafting, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- HR Operations: Handle employee documentation, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Policy Drafting: Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
- Employee Engagement: Manage employee relations, grievances, engagement initiatives, and retention.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.




- Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals, reviews, and employee development.
- HR Process Development: Establish and streamline HR processes to support organizational growth.

Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, and policy formulation.
- Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete HR function.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
