About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage HR functions in a fast-paced work environment. Prior experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- HR Operations: Handle onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Payroll & Compliance: Coordinate payroll processing and maintain statutory and compliance records.
- Employee Engagement: Plan engagement activities, address employee grievances, and foster a positive work culture.
- Performance Management: Coordinate performance reviews, appraisals, and employee feedback.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage joining formalities, probation reviews, exit interviews, and full-and-final coordination.
- HR Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers, employee databases, and regular HR reports.
- Policy Implementation:



Ensure adherence to company policies and internal HR processes.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in HR management or HR generalist roles.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Basic knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and labour laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
- Comfortable working from the Shivaji Nagar office in Pune.

What We’re Looking For A responsible, organized, and people-oriented HR professional who can independently manage daily HR functions, drive recruitment, and support overall employee management. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
