Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and proactive HR Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources and personnel management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and HR policy implementation to support the organization's business objectives.

The candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with company requirements.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
- Coordinate payroll processing, employee perks, and statutory documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, workplace concerns, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisal processes.
- Identify training and development needs and support employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements,



and company policies.
- Promote employee engagement, workplace discipline, and a positive organizational culture.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation for management review.
- Coordinate with department heads to address workforce planning and staffing requirements.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR management or HR operations.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and payroll coordination.
- Familiarity with applicable labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
